Service Charges

Service inspection, diagnosis, and repair charges are communicated to customers before any repair work is performed. By approving the repair, the customer agrees to the applicable charges.

Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel a service request before the technician is dispatched.
• If a technician has already been assigned or dispatched, a visit or inspection charge may apply.
• Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service requests.

Refund Eligibility

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

• Refund requests may take 5–10 business days to review.
• Approved refunds may take an additional 7–15 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
